The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Support of Ownership Rights for Land Property leased for Agricultural Purposes)

The bill (Reg. No.6290) bans use of land property without establishing its boundaries, receipt of the document which certifies right to it, and state registration. Thus, the Law "On Land Lease" shall be supplemented with the provision defining the term of lease agreement submission for the state registration.
